make admin repo-edit description field multiline (input -> textarea, rows=2) so operators can add line breaks, matching the inline double-click editor which already treats description as multiline; fix the islands build's sector dependency by deduping solid-js in vite.config (the bundled ../sector source's solid-js/web no longer needs sector/node_modules) — rebuilt + re-embedded islands.js (also deduped, 486->477KB) (v1.56.182)
